Delivery & Returns

We know the hardest part about ordering online is the wait for delivery!  We will deliver to any Australian address using Australia Post, Parcel Post and international addresses using Australia Post Airmail. Larger orders will be couriered via Fastway Couriers.  Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address as Outcrop Australia cannot be responsible for lost packages that have been successfully shipped from us, to the shipping address given. Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving an order, as long as the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock we will advise and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.  

Domestic shipping times are estimated between 3 - 7 business days depending on your location within Australia. International shipping times are estimated between 5 - 14 workings days.   Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.  All parcels are tracked and we will be happy to give you the tracking number on request.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, however if there is a warrantable fault with the product, please refer to the warranty page of this website for further instructions.
