Outcrop Australia leather products are covered by a 6 month warranty. Should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur, please take photos and send us a description of the issue to info@outcropaustralia.com.au before returning the item, so we can assess whether the issue is covered by warranty. Please also send a photo of your invoice. It is important to keep in mind leather is a natural product and will change and wear over time, and some hair loss will occur on our cowhide products. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or treatment which is inconsistent with our care instructions will not be covered under warranty. Please ensure you read carefully the care information we have detailed on this website.
Candles are not covered by a time specified warranty however if you receive an item that is damaged, or the candle burns incorrectly due to a manufacturing fault, please send us photos and a description to info@outcropaustralia.com.au so we can assess if a replacement should be issued.
